Court Reporting Since 1982

Schedule Reporter

Free State has court reporters available nationwide.

Schedule Reporter

Court reporting services involve the process of creating verbatim records of legal proceedings using various methods such as stenography, audio or video recording, or digital tools. These services are provided by professional court reporters at Free State who capture and transcribe all spoken words and gestures during depositions, trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

The resulting transcripts are used as official records, reference materials for attorneys and judges, and evidence in legal disputes. Court reporting services may also include real-time reporting, which allows for immediate access to the transcript during proceedings, as well as additional services such as videoconferencing, interpretation, and document management.

Our Team & Services

Free State employs court reporters nationwide and covers everything from civil depositions to grand jury trials. To ensure we can meet the needs of our customers, many of our employees and contractors have high-level security clearances and are AAERT certified.

Free State uses the most up-to-date, state-of-the-art digital technology for recording and transcribing proceedings. Free State’s reporters are trained to take accurate notes to identify speakers and get correct spellings while monitoring both a main and a back-up machine to capture the record verbatim. Our digital recording equipment allows for continuous recording of speakers; therefore, there will never be any reason to stop proceedings for the changing of tapes.
