The undersigned, his or her law firm (if any), and his or her client (if any) shall each be responsible, jointly and severally, for the payment of the obligation incurred hereunder, including a finance charge of 1.5%/month for outstanding balances and reasonable attorneys' fees for any collection action that may be required to enforce this obligation.
